My name is Ruby, the owner of Holistic Physio and I am passionate about helping people regain control of their health and well-being through holistic physiotherapy. With a broad range of experience across both the NHS and private sector in the North West of England, I am dedicated to providing care that goes beyond just addressing physical symptoms.

I believe in taking a holistic approach to physiotherapy, recognising that healing is about understanding each client as a whole, considering their mind, body, and emotional state. Over the years, I have learned that effective treatment involves more than just managing the symptoms and each clients physiotherapy needs are different.

Scar Therapy and Oncology Physiotherapy are two areas I am particularly passionate about and currently specialise in within the NHS. I am committed to making these services more accessible across Merseyside and the North West and that’s who prompted me to start ‘Holistic Physio’.

Holistic Physio is here to help you regain your sense of self and empowerment, often 2 things that are lost after a Cancer Diagnosis or after elective or emergency Surgical Interventions. Whether you’re recovering from a C-section, balancing the emotional and physical challenges of cancer treatment, or looking to improve your overall well-being and scarring after a cosmetic surgery, I am here to support you every step of the way.
